CEIAG 

Good careers guidance helps inspire students towards further study and training, enabling them to make informed decisions about their future. It helps them to understand enough about the world of work to know what skills they need to succeed. We recognise that effective careers guidance contributes to raising aspirations, improving motivation and overcoming barriers to success.  The CEIAG programme features throughout all school years and is delivered through L4L lessons by a specialist team.

We use the Compass tool to audit our provision and have a very stable programme with our CEIAG lead Frankie Clark having been in position for over 20 years.

There are lots of ways our students can stay in touch and registering on www.futurefirst.org.uk will ensure that everyone’s future successes can be shared and a legacy forged.
